Christmas in Ottawa

I was extremely excited to go home to see family and friends for Christmas and to give some night time long exposures a shot downtown. Unfortunately it was so cold I only managed one trip downtown and when I did my shutter would freeze and I would have to spend 10 minutes with it in my jacket warming it up. Nevertheless i was able to get a couple shots.

Calgary C-Train

In a downtown that almost completely shuts down in the evenings, the only interuption seems to be the gentle humming of the Calgary C-Train as it wizzes through the downtown core.
